Management Diploma (4 years)

Four year management diploma is focus on more application oriented pathway to reach up to vocational degree in hospitality industry. Already obtained the NVQ 04 level for craft level programms and expecting to get NVQ 5/6 for Certificate and Intermediate level programms from TVEC. NVQ 07 is equal to degree states and processed with UoVT in this regard.

Objectives

Candidates have the opportunity of aspiring to be an executive chef, a food and beverage cost controller as well as many other key positions.

Candidates have the opportunity of aspiring to be an executive housekeeper or a laundry manager as well as many other key positions.

Candidates have the opportunity of aspiring to be a rooms division manager or a front office manager as well as many other key positions.

Candidates have the opportunity of aspiring to get into a wide variety of fields and obtain a unique skill set through this diploma.
